William Floyd Zamastil, of Waupan, Wisconsin, was indicted in connection with the 1973 murder of Leesa Jo Shaner, of Tucson, Arizona. The federal indictment alleges that Zamastil killed Ms. Shaner on Fort Huachuca, Arizona on or about May 29, 1973, in the perpetration of a rape.

Jeffrey J. Coleman, of Buffalo, New York, was sentenced to 33 months in prison after pleading guilty to wire fraud in connection with an investment scheme in which he caused individuals to invest in a type of bond that did not exist, obtaining $400,000 in this manner.
