James R. Mills, Jr., of Hamilton, Indiana; William R. Mills, of Richmond, Indiana; and Robert E. Ross, of Liberty, Indiana, were charged with conspiracy to destroy railroad communication lines in connection with allegedly cutting and stealing copper wires along railroad lines to sell to scrap metal processors.

Joshua David Weddington, of Alkol, West Virginia, was sentenced to three years in prison for stealing 13 firearms from a residence in Sias, West Virginia. As part of his plea agreement, Weddington stipulated that he also stole seven firearms from residences in Culloden and Yawkey, West Virginia.
