Jose Manuel Garcia Guevara is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a 26-year-old woman in the presence of her four-year-old stepson in Lake Charles, Louisiana. On February 20, 2008, Guevara allegedly broke into the victim’s home, raped her, and brutally stabbed her to death. Guevara and the victim lived in the same mobile home lot. Following the murder, Guevara is believed to have left Lake Charles, traveled to Dallas, Texas and then to San Luis PotosÃ, Mexico.
The State of Louisiana, Calcasieu Parish, 14th Judicial District Court, charged Guevara with second degree murder, aggravated rape, and aggravated burglary, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on April 17, 2008. A federal arrest warrant was issued on October 1, 2009, by the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, after Guevara was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Carlos Flores Garcia and Victor Alfonso Argueta are wanted for their alleged involvement in a double murder in Baltimore County, Maryland. On January 8, 2006, the men, both members of the MS-13 street gang, were at a club in South Baltimore when they met the two male victims. It is believed the murders occurred because the suspects thought they saw one of the victims flash a rival gang sign. Law enforcement investigation revealed that the victims had no gang affiliation. When the two victims left the club, they were approached by the suspects and agreed to meet them behind a local school. The two male victims were then stabbed multiple times with knives and died.
Garcia was charged in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County with two counts of first degree murder on September 11, 2006. A federal arrest warrant has been issued for Garcia and he has been charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Miguel Antonio Padron is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a 50-year-old woman and the attempted murder of her 24-year-old son. On July 25, 2009, the woman, her son, and his children went to get gas at a convenience store area in Reno, Nevada. When her son went inside the store to pay for the gas, he reportedly was approached by three Hispanic males, including Padron. As the woman’s son walked back to his vehicle, the men allegedly followed him. The woman placed herself in front of her son at which time Padron allegedly fired a handgun striking both the woman and her son. The woman died at the scene. Her son recovered from gunshot wounds to his chest.
Padron was charged with murder and attempted murder with use of a firearm, and a state arrest warrant was issued in the Justice Court of Reno Township, District of Washoe, State of Nevada, on July 28, 2009. Also, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, District of Nevada, on August 7, 2009, after Padron was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. The men who reportedly accompanied Padron have not been charged with committing crimes.

Benito Casanova is wanted for allegedly murdering his wife and abducting their three children, who have since been located. The incident occurred on April 18, 2008, in Chicago, Illinois. Casanova may be residing in or around the city of Iguala in the state of Guerrero, Mexico.
On April 23, 2008, an arrest warrant for Casanova was issued in the state of Illinois, Cook County Circuit Court, for child abduction. An arrest warrant was also issued for him in Illinois on May 14, 2008, for murder. Additionally, on April 23, 2008, Casanova was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.

Napoleon Eduardo Castro is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of his estranged wife on May 1, 2010, in Pacoima, California. The victim’s body was found lying in a pool of blood at the entrance to her garage. She had been stabbed multiple times.
Castro was charged with murder and torture by the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, and a state warrant was issued for his arrest on May 5, 2010. A federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California on May 24, 2010, after Castro was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Francisco Melgar-Cabrera is wanted for his alleged involvement in a robbery and homicide that occurred at a restaurant in Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 20, 2009. The murder victim was an employee at the restaurant.
On October 8, 2009, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, after Melgar-Cabrera was charged federally with conspiring to commit interference with interstate commerce by robbery, interference with interstate commerce by robbery and violence, using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, committing felony murder while in violation of using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and illegal alien in possession of firearms and ammunition.

Amandeep Singh Dhami is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of one man and the wounding of another. On August 31, 2008, Dhami, and an accomplice who is in custody, allegedly entered a sporting arena in Sacramento, California, and fired several shots. The one victim died at the scene, while the second victim was critically wounded. The shooting apparently stemmed from a feud. A local arrest warrant was issued on September 2, 2008, and Dhami was charged with homicide. A federal arrest warrant charging Dhami with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on September 3, 2008.

Juan A. Gomez is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting of two individuals. On July 30, 2006, Gomez, a confirmed illegal alien/migrant worker, confronted two other male illegal immigrants in Pemberton, New Jersey, and shot them both in the head with a revolver. One man died instantly and the other remains in a vegetative state. A state warrant was issued for Gomez’s arrest after he was charged with murder in Burlington County, New Jersey. A federal arrest warrant was issued on August 9, 2006, by the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Trenton, New Jersey, and Gomez was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
