Amandeep Singh Dhami is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of one man and the wounding of another. On August 31, 2008, Dhami, and an accomplice who is in custody, allegedly entered a sporting arena in Sacramento, California, and fired several shots. The one victim died at the scene, while the second victim was critically wounded. The shooting apparently stemmed from a feud. A local arrest warrant was issued on September 2, 2008, and Dhami was charged with homicide. A federal arrest warrant charging Dhami with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on September 3, 2008.

JUAN A. GOMEZ

Juan A. Gomez is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting of two individuals. On July 30, 2006, Gomez, a confirmed illegal alien/migrant worker, confronted two other male illegal immigrants in Pemberton, New Jersey, and shot them both in the head with a revolver. One man died instantly and the other remains in a vegetative state. A state warrant was issued for Gomez’s arrest after he was charged with murder in Burlington County, New Jersey. A federal arrest warrant was issued on August 9, 2006, by the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, Trenton, New Jersey, and Gomez was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

RICHARD RODRIGUEZ

Richard Rodriguez was convicted of the execution-style murder of a man on April 16, 1972. The victim was scheduled to be a witness in a trial when he was killed. When Rodriguez was arrested, he was in possession of numerous weapons. He was sentenced to life in prison and was incarcerated in the California Department of Corrections, Deuel Vocational Institute, in Tracy, California. Rodriguez escaped on December 30, 1978, by cutting through the prison bars with hacksaw blades obtained from the machine shop at the institution. He then lowered himself to the ground with a rope made from bed sheets and climbed through a double fence between guard towers during dense nighttime fog. A federal arrest warrant for Rodriguez was issued on January 10, 1979, in Sacramento, California, after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid confinement.

LAWRENCE WILLIAM FISHMAN

Lawrence William Fishman is wanted in connection with the murder of his father. On November 28, 1980, Fishman allegedly entered the home of his parents in Silver Spring, Maryland, and, after speaking briefly to them, shot his mother in the neck and his father in the back. His father, who was shot four times, died at the scene and his mother recovered from her wounds. After the crime, Fishman went to Virginia where he allegedly disposed of the murder weapon and then disappeared. After a local arrest warrant was issued charging Fishman with murder, a complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland, on January 5, 1981, charging Fishman with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

PLACIDO MOLINA

On July 21, 1988, Placido Molina allegedly entered an East Los Angeles bar and shot a man twice in the head, killing him instantly. A state arrest warrant was issued in Los Angeles, California, on July 21, 1988, after Molina was charged with murder. He was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, and an arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Central District of California, on January 25, 1989.

HUGO DANIEL SANTOS

Hugo Daniel Santos is wanted for his alleged involvement in the murder of a man in Baltimore County, Maryland. It is alleged that Santos and the victim had an argument in a car, after which Santos shot the victim and pushed him out of the car onto the roadway. The victim’s body was found on December 28, 2008. On December 30, 2008, the Baltimore County Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Santos after he was charged with first degree murder and handgun violation. This warrant was issued from the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County. On January 5, 2009, a federal arrest warrant was obtained from the United States District Court, Baltimore, Maryland, and Santos was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

VICTOR ALFONSO ARGUETA

Victor Alfonso Argueta and Carlos Flores Garcia are wanted for their alleged involvement in a double murder in Baltimore County, Maryland. On January 8, 2006, the men, all members of the MS-13 street gang, were at a club in South Baltimore when they met the two male victims. It is believed the murders occurred because the suspects thought they saw one of the victims flash a rival gang sign. Law enforcement investigation revealed that the victims had no gang affiliation. When the two victims left the club, they were approached by the suspects and agreed to meet them behind a local school. The two male victims were then stabbed multiple times with knives and died.

Argueta was charged in the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore County with accessory to commit first degree murder after the fact and conspiracy to act as an accessory to commit first degree murder after the fact on September 11, 2006. A federal arrest warrant has been issued for Argueta and he has been charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

EDGARDO LUIS PEREZ

Edgardo Luis Perez is wanted for his alleged involvement in a murder, which occurred in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The victim was a 56-year-old male who Perez reportedly befriended at a health club. Within a few weeks, Perez had gained the victim’s trust and was invited to his home. Reportedly, during a phone conversation on October 20, 2001, the victim told his roommate that he was going to spend the day with Perez. This was the last known contact with the victim. It is alleged that Perez may have befriended the victim with the intent of stealing his identification and money for the purpose of fleeing the country. Reportedly, Perez feared he was going to be incarcerated for a probation violation.

On June 11, 2003, a state arrest warrant was issued by the District Court Judicial District Number 47, state of Michigan, county of Oakland, charging Edgardo Luis Perez with felony murder. Perez was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant, which was issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.

FRANCISCO ALFONSO MURILLO

Francisco Alfonso Murillo is wanted for murder in Thornton, Colorado. On April 20, 2006, local law enforcement responded to a 911 call of a gunshot victim at a sports bar. Upon arriving at the location, two victims had suffered from gunshot wounds to their arms and a hand. The third victim later died from a single gunshot wound to the abdomen. It is alleged that Murillo is responsible for the shootings and has fled to Mexico.

On May 5, 2006, an arrest warrant was issued for Francisco Alfonso Murillo by the District Court, Adams County, Colorado, for first degree murder. Additionally, on August 3, 2006, Murillo was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court, District of Colorado.

ADAM C. EMERY

Adam C. Emery was convicted of second degree murder in Rhode Island State Superior Court on November 10, 1993. The conviction stemmed from an incident which occurred in August of 1990 during which Emery stabbed another man to death. Emery was permitted to remain free on bail pending formal sentencing which was scheduled for December of 1993. He left the courthouse in order to get his affairs in order. Hours after his release, his car was located on the top of the Newport Bridge in Newport, Rhode Island. Emery has not been seen since the time of his release. A federal warrant was issued on January 18, 1994, and Emery was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
